We are an early-stage start up unlocking the next generation of molecular glues by utilising our unique computational platform. We have several active programs spanning a range of mechanisms across inflammation. We are headquartered in London, with laboratory facilities in Stevenage.

Your Role
Join the Platform Team, reporting to the Principal Computational Chemist, Dom Lukauskis.
Use and refine our molecular glue discovery products to support active drug discovery projects and validation studies
Apply a broad set of computational chemistry tools to advance early-stage therapeutic programs
Hybrid working, with flexible arrangements to work at our London office, Angel
Requirements
Essential Qualifications
Ph.D. (or equivalent experience) in computational chemistry or a related discipline
Strong proficiency in Python with a solid grasp of object-oriented programming
Hands-on experience with protein structural analysis, which can include:
homology modeling,
molecular docking (small-molecule and protein-protein), or
molecular dynamics
Competence with the Unix command line and basic Bash scripting
Self-motivated with excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
Right to work in the UK
Preferred (Non-Essential) Skills
Experience in software development and version control (Git)
Familiarity with cheminformatics and virtual screening techniques
Exposure to machine learning in a scientific context
Knowledge of free energy calculations (e.g., Free Energy Perturbation)
Research or industry project experience
Experience with cloud computing environments
Comfort working with large-scale datasets
Background in interdisciplinary teams
