About Us

We are an early-stage start up unlocking the next generation of molecular glues by utilising our unique computational platform. We have several active programs spanning a range of mechanisms across inflammation. We are headquartered in London, with laboratory facilities in Stevenage.

Your Role

  • Join the Platform Team, reporting to the Principal Computational Chemist, Dom Lukauskis.

  • Use and refine our molecular glue discovery products to support active drug discovery projects and validation studies

  • Apply a broad set of computational chemistry tools to advance early-stage therapeutic programs

  • Hybrid working, with flexible arrangements to work at our London office, Angel

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

  • Ph.D. (or equivalent experience) in computational chemistry or a related discipline

  • Strong proficiency in Python with a solid grasp of object-oriented programming

  • Hands-on experience with protein structural analysis, which can include:

    • homology modeling,

    • molecular docking (small-molecule and protein-protein), or

    • molecular dynamics

  • Competence with the Unix command line and basic Bash scripting

  • Self-motivated with excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills

  • Right to work in the UK

Preferred (Non-Essential) Skills

  • Experience in software development and version control (Git)

  • Familiarity with cheminformatics and virtual screening techniques

  • Exposure to machine learning in a scientific context

  • Knowledge of free energy calculations (e.g., Free Energy Perturbation)

  • Research or industry project experience

  • Experience with cloud computing environments

  • Comfort working with large-scale datasets

  • Background in interdisciplinary teams
