PhD Internship – ML for Molecular Glue Discovery
You will design, implement, and train novel ML models to accelerate the discovery of new molecular glue targets — working with high-quality internal data and state-of-the-art architectures including protein language models, graph neural networks, and diffusion models. Your models will directly inform real-world drug discovery decisions.
Essential requirements
- Currently pursuing a PhD in Computational Biology/Chemistry, BioML, Computer Science, or a closely related field
- Experience working with protein structure and sequence data and major databases (PDB, UniProt, AFDB)
- Proficiency in Python and common biology/ML packages (NumPy, Pandas, BioPython)
